Dondre founded Emerald in 2019 with the intentions of building a commercial like technology business within a government space.

After witnessing stale thought processes of competitors, Dondre knew he could make a change within the DoD space.

He intends to create transition programs for military individuals that are looking to convert their signal and intelligence military backgrounds into civilian ones.

He knows there are endless opportunities available for transitioning Soldiers into the civilian workforce, but the knowledge gap due to the lack of available information is hurting numbers.

Dondre has worked within DoD information technology spaces since the age of 18th, holds a Masters degree in Cybersecurity and really enjoys working and teaching professionals about information technology.
