Dondre at Emerald Technical Solutions knew exactly what we needed when I told him we needed better wifi in the house! He was so easy to work with. He also put up cameras around the house as well! The wifi works amazing in the house! He even reached out to me after he was all finished the services to make sure everything was still working properly!! I would highly reccomend this company to anyone!
I called Emerald to assist in setting up a mesh network for my home. The hurdle I was encountering on my own was ensuring the new system would work with the existing modem in our home, and involved some technical work I couldn't pull off myself.Emerald responded quickly, providing days they were available to install...all of which were very soon, as early as the next day. After seamless installation throughout the house, I was then guided through the new features the system provided, and given pointers on continued usage. I enjoyed working with Emerald Technical Solutions- especially Dondre, their forward contact. He was very responsive to moving objectives and timelines. As a busy small business owner I appreciated his flexibility, both with content and payment options. The website is limited in terms of what can be done because of the basic nature of the plan but they did a super job tweaking and pulling as much out of it's limited versatility as possible. I would definitely work with them again.
Before contacting Emerald Technical Solutions my internet was slowing and constantly dropping the signal. I would often have log off of work for the due to inconsistent connection. With Emerald and their professional consultation and installation we now have faster service and consistent signal.
